Management, LLC is the management and operations
affiliate of Equestrian Services, LLC. It
offers clients the many specialized business
functions necessary to successfully manage
and operate equestrian facilities nationwide
and around the world, just as a golf management
firm would handle all the operations of a
golf course.
The
dangers of an ill-managed equestrian operation
are far reaching: wasteful financial operations,
staff turn-over, lack of professionalism,
negligence and inadequate horse care are some
of the issues that can lead to safety problems
and liability exposure. Operating in select
teams, Equestrian Management provides clients
with the expertise needed to professionally
manage their equestrian amenities and facilities.
The managers and instructors at our facilities
are all Equestrian Management employees and
are specially selected for each facility.
They are knowledgeable professionals that
have been certified through our rigorous in-house
training process and are required to be certified
as an instructor or barn manager through the
Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) or
the American Riding Instructors Association
(ARIA).
